HOUSE RULES
- Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in if not already fully paid.
- No smoking in closed areas or near the rooms.
- We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
- Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
- We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
- No children under the age of 12 for reservations made after May 9 2025.
- We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
- Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:
- Date changes will be made at least 10 days in advance.
- If the guest cancels less than 10 days in advance, the advance payment of 50% will not be refundable.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the paid nights will not be refundable.
- In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed only in The Chateau room. Dogs only — no cats, birds, reptiles, or other animals.
- A pet fee of $100 per stay applies. Maximum two dogs. No weight limit.
- Pets must be declared at the time of booking. Undeclared pets incur a $200 fee.
- Dogs must be house-trained, vaccinated, and free of parasites.
- Dogs may not be left alone in the guest room at any time.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the guest room.
- Dogs are not permitted on furniture or bedding,
- The Harlow House reserves the right of admission and permanence with respect to pets.
- The guest authorizes The Harlow House to charge the credit card on file for any damages, additional cleaning, or revenue loss caused by the dog(s).
- ADA-compliant service animals are exempt from the pet fee but remain subject to all behavioral and damage provisions.
